Энэ фонд нь хүүхдийн төлөө бүтээн байгуулалт хийх, хүүхдүүдийг гадна тэмцээн уралдаанд явуулахад дэмжлэг үзүүлэх, мөн хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй хүүхдүүдийг дэмжих зорилгоор байгуулагдсан.
